We have expanded our partnership with Elm Creek Beef in Hoyt, KS to bring you the finest locally sourced, Prime Top Sirloin!

We hand cut our Prime Top Sirloin steaks in house, 7 to 9 ounces each. We are proud to use Moburts spices, salt and pepper to season the steaks.  They are cooked to medium rare. The other temperature options are rare or medium. We allow, but cannot guarantee, medium well.  We do not allow well done.

Our steak dinner starts with a house salad, served with ranch dressing. Our steak follows,  seared to perfection and topped with house made, seasoned, compound butter.  April's sides are sautéed cabbage with bacon and mashed potatoes. Load em' up with cheddar, bacon, green onion and sour cream for $3.
